EPRO Recovery ("EPRO," "we," "us," or "our") provides a web-based platform that helps property owners, property managers, attorneys, and process servers organize, document, and track the eviction and post-judgment debt-recovery process. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, business or organization details, user role, and login credentials.
• Case and document data — information you upload or enter to manage a matter, which may include property addresses, lease agreements, ledgers, judgments, court filings, and details about tenants or judgment debtors.
• Communications — messages, file requests, and other content you exchange with connected parties through the platform, and any messages you send to us.
• Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically as you use the platform.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and your account.
• Facilitate the eviction and recovery workflow, including sharing documents and updates among the parties connected to a matter.
• Generate notices, forms, and other documents you request.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
• Monitor, secure, and improve the platform, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How We Share Information

EPRO does not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the platform and the recovery process:

• Connected parties — because the platform exists to coordinate a matter, information you add may be visible to the other authorized participants on that matter, such as property owners or managers, eviction and collection attorneys, and process servers.
• Service providers — vendors that host and support the platform on our behalf, including cloud hosting and storage and email delivery providers, under obligations to protect the information.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EPRO, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Notice.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records related to a matter, and comply with our legal obligations. When records are removed, deletions are generally processed as deactivations within our system so that case history and audit integrity are preserved; we remove or anonymize information when it is no longer required.

Your Choices

You may review and update your account information by signing in to the platform. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Because the platform supports legal and financial recovery processes, some information may need to be retained even after a deletion request to meet legal or record-keeping requirements.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the platform functions.

Children's Privacy
